MILU’s Workout Routine:
From the top: eyebrows
First of all, only use the tool on a clean, dry face. Start rolling from the inner corner of your eyebrows and move sideways towards your temples and hairline in a slight upward motion.
Via the core: cheeks
Place the workout beauty tool on your cheekbone next to the nose area and follow in the direction of your ears.
To the bottom: chin & jawline
Start in the center of your chin and roll upwards, following the contours of your jawline.
Head’s up: neck
Workout from chin to shoulder. Use the beauty tool to massage the muscles at the side of the neck in both down- and upward rolling motions. And yes, you must always skip the throat area!
Repeat each step as often as you like, within your 5-10 minute workout.
After use wipe tool clean with a dry cloth and store in a dry place.
CAUTION: do not use excessive force. Apply as much pressure as you are comfortable with. Keep out of children’s reach. Do not use in case of zinc allergies.
