How to use

This ritual provides a wonderful opportunity for self-nurturing and stillness. Place a handful of the Mauli Himalayan Healing Salts (approx 50 gr) into running water and immerse yourself for 15 minutes to allow the healing elements time to absorb into the skin. Leave the bath without rinsing, wrap yourself in a towel and drink plenty of water or tea. Use once or twice a week. (Can also be used as a lovely foot soak).
