How to use

The Color Haze Multi-matte Pigment from Ilia is a whipped formula that performs double duty blended out on cheeks for a soft wash of color, or dialed-up for a natural matte finish on lips. The unique metal applicator allows for precise application which will dry down to a comfortable matte finish.
