How to use

Shake Philip B. Maui Wowie Beach Mist well. Spray evenly on damp or dry hair for soft waves. Spray with your head upside down for full, voluminous curls. Scrunch and mould the hair to create wavy hair. Let the hair air dry or use a hair dryer.
