Bergamot Organic Essential Oil is a fruity oil made from the peel of the citrus fruit. It is great for balancing your body, mind and emotions, and especially helpful if you are feeling anxious. Bergamot essential oil makes you feel relaxed.
How to use
Through the aromatic steam, the oil is inhaled and absorbed by the skin.
Adults: add up to 5 drops per 2 tablespoons of bath oil, shower gel or carrier oil.
For children over 2 years old or adults with sensitive skin, reduce the amount to up to 2 drops per 2 tablespoons.
Inhalation
To clear your head and nose, this technique helps. For adults, add 4-6 drops to a bowl of steaming water, place a towel over your head and inhale.
Children over 2 years old, adults with sensitive skin and asthmatics should not inhale directly. Instead, place the bowl of hot water with added oils in the room nearby.
Massages
Brings your body and mind into balance and helps soothe aching muscles. For adults, use up to 15 drops in 2 tablespoons of base oil.
For children over 2 years old or adults with sensitive skin, use up to 6 drops in 2 tablespoons of base oil.
Diffusers & Burners
This technique is a natural air freshener and creates a balanced atmosphere and mood. For adults, add 1-3 drops to a diffuser or burner. For children over 2 years old, 1-3 drops in a diffuser. ”
