Neal's Yard Remedies Rose Absolute is a nurturing essential oil. The oil has a sweet, floral scent and is extracted from Turkish damask roses. Rose essential oil nourishes your skin and is great for balancing your emotions and mood during tense times.
How to use
The aromatic steam will inhale the oil and absorb it into your skin. For adults: add up to 5 drops to 2 tablespoons of bath oil, shower gel or carrier oil. For children over 2 years old or adults with sensitive skin, reduce the amount to a maximum of 2 drops per 2 tablespoons. Inhalation To clear your head and nose, this technique helps.
For adults: add 4-6 drops to a bowl of steaming water, place a towel over your head and inhale. Children over 2 years old, adults with sensitive skin and asthmatics should not inhale directly. Instead, place the bowl of hot water with added oils in the room nearby.
