How to use
Dissolve a generous handful of the crystals in a warm bath (approximately 50 grams). Soak in the bath for 15 to 20 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work their magic. Inhale deeply to fully benefit from the essential oils. For the best results, use the soak 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime to prepare your body and mind for rest. You can also use these bath salts as a foot soak if you don't have time for a full bath.
