How to use

Apply a generous amount of Olaplex No. 3 to damp, towel-dried hair (note: this is a pre-shampoo treatment, so use it before washing). Comb the product through thoroughly from roots to ends for even distribution. Leave the treatment on for a minimum of 10 minutes; for maximum results on severely damaged hair, it can be left on for up to 30 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly, then shampoo and condition as usual (preferably with Olaplex No. 4 and No. 5) to complete the routine. Use 1 to 3 times a week, depending on the level of hair damage.
